Say Hello to this tiny gentleman with a tender heart 💛

At just 5 pounds, this sweet male Yorkie may be small in size, but he has a big capacity for love. Currently timid, he’s looking for a calm, patient home where he can feel safe and slowly build confidence at his own pace.

New people and new environments can feel overwhelming for him, but once he knows he’s secure, his gentle and devoted personality truly shines. He is learning to bond with his foster parents and loves quiet companionship — curling up beside you, keeping you company around the house, and offering soft little tail wags of trust.

Important things to know about him:

• He is shy and needs time to adjust.
• He is not housetrained and will require consistent, patient training.
• Because of his tiny size and timid temperament, a secure, physical fenced yard is required for his safety. (No invisible fencing.)
• He would do best in a peaceful home with a predictable routine.
• Older, respectful children or an adults-only household would be ideal.
• Another small dog already in the home is best.
   

He will need a family committed to helping him with potty training using positive reinforcement and a consistent schedule. With patience and understanding, he is capable of learning and gaining confidence.
