Elio is such a friendly happy little guy! Oh, my gosh. This little trooper is up for family vacations, adventures, and couch time!

You want to go on a walk around the neighborhood? Elio is ready.

You want to go camping?  Elio is ready.

You want to sit on the couch & watch a movie? Elio is ready!

We think Elio would be happy as an only dog as long as you include him in the family activities. He also gets along fabulously with his canine foster siblings of similar size & playfulness.  Being a typical Mini Schnauzer, we feel Elio would do best in a home that does not have small children. Children in the home need to be mindful in knowing how to behave around obnoxious puppies. We are not requiring a fence because Elio is proficient on a harness & leash. This does not mean he should be turned out into a yard unattended, we would never recommend a small dog like Elio be left unattended in a fenced yard. In any open areas, he should ALWAYS be on leash & within your sight.

In his foster home Elio has proven to be reliably potty trained. Understand that with a change in environment & schedules, there may be a learning curve. Please plan accordingly & set Elio up for success.

If you are looking for a new friend, Elio is ready to meet you!
